Helpful Information
- Check-in time is after 3 p.m., between 3 – 6 p.m., unless otherwise arranged. Check-out before 11:00 a.m.
- Our bed and breakfast promotes a quiet adult oriented environment, with all guests over age 18.
- While we love pets, there is no provision to accommodate them here.
- The maximum number of guests per room is two.
- Guests are requested to bring slippers or socks to wear inside the B&B.
- There is ample off-street parking. Please inquire in advance if you are towing a trailer.
- There is free high speed WIFI.
- Guests must have their own transportation. Our location is not suitable for guests without a vehicle.
During your stay, you'll have access to the following amenities and features.

- access to iron and ironing board
- fresh drinking water, and softened water to bathe
- access to a small shared fridge for your personal drinks and snacks

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

- Your credit card information (number, expiry date, security code, name as it appears on the card) along with your postal code, email address and phone number will hold the room for you. We suggest you use a card with a trip-cancellation-insurance feature. For health safety, during this time we are still accepting reservations based on reduced capacity. Once we take your reservation we will be turning subsequent bookings away; your consideration in giving us as much notice as possible if your plans change will be greatly appreciated. A deposit may be required for multi-night and/or multi-room bookings.
- The cancellation date is provided at the time of booking and varies with the number of nights and season. For example, for a 1-night booking mid-week off-season, notice of cancellation must be confirmed by noon (our local time) 3 full days in advance to avoid 1 night’s rate charge. In any case, if we can rebook the room for your unused nights, those charges may be reimbursed, less an administration fee.
- A 2-night minimum stay applies on long weekends, and on all weekends between mid-May and Thanksgiving weekend. That said, sometimes a 1-night booking is possible depending on how previous reservation dates fall.
- We value providing the best experience for all our guests. If we deem that our B&B style and amenities is not a good fit for what a prospective guest is seeking, we reserve the right to decline the request.
- A request for reservation is not a booking until it has been confirmed.
