Beacon Shore Pancakes: – Jacquie’s personal recipe for pancakes made with fresh buttermilk, accompanied by bacon and Canadian maple syrup

Sailor’s Omelet: – mushroom carmelized with onion, and cheese snuggled in a 2-egg omelet, with bacon and wholegrain toasted breads

Oven-baked French Toast: – substantial slices of in-house bread baked with raisins and pecans, accompanied by bacon and Canadian maple syrup
